Steen Joffe

Steen directs our digital and data solutions. He specialises in leveraging cloud computing and data science to tackle real-world challenges and accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. Overseeing a team of data scientists and our proprietary SaaS platforms, he is responsible for developing new solutions that leverage AI to provide critical insights and analysis.

With more than 20 years experience, Steen has resourced and led technology teams and directed complex system builds for some of the world’s leading brands. He has also managed, consulted and published on policy and practice of innovation systems and technology enabled development for international foundations and agencies including UK DFID, the World Bank and UN.

He holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Pharmacology from the University of Southampton, an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of London, and a certificate in Data Science from Harvard University.
