Marcus Courage talks with Jakkie Cilliers, chair of the Board of Trustees and head of the African Futures and Innovation Programme at the Institute for Security Studies (ISS).
They discuss the growing divergence between Africa and the rest of the world, how Africa can reap the demographic dividend and the continent’s significance in an increasingly polarised geopolitical context.
