Samuel Ayiro

Samuel is responsible for the design, development and deployment of people-focused initiatives that ensure Africa Practice has the best collection of talent. He oversees the professional development of our consulting teams and ensures they are equipped with the skills to develop innovative solutions to our clients’ complex challenges.

Samuel has over 18 years of experience in capability development across a wide range of industries. Before joining Africa Practice, he led the Learning, Development and Talent function for KCB Bank Group.

He holds a BCom in Marketing and Business Administration from Daystar University and an MBA from Oral Roberts University. He is a certified executive coach and speaks fluent Kiswahili.
